Client System Adoption is the service of empowering the client with experts who will ensure that the business solution implemented is actually adopted by the client and that the clients will run their business operations using the solution. This service is different than the post go live support service in the sense that it does not focus on troubleshooting user / system issues rather it focuses on ensuring that the clients enter their daily transactions fully / correctly on the system and that they are able to extract their transactional and management reports which reflect their actual results.
