Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant to join our Oracle Applications practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementations and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules for our enterprise clients. This role requires deep domain expertise in project costing, billing, project contracts, and integration with other Oracle Cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules (Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Billing, Project Contracts).

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.

  • Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and testing scripts.

  • Conduct system testing, UAT support, advanced user, key-user and end-user trainings.

  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system enhancements.

  • Liaise with technical teams for integration, reporting, and data migration activities.

  • Ensure solution compliance with Oracle best practices and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP, with at least 5 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud PPM.

  • Strong knowledge of Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Resource Management modules.

  • Experience integrating Oracle PPM with Financials, Procurement, and HCM.

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in Project Financials or equivalent is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

  • Familiarity with Oracle Financials Cloud is a plus.

  • Consulting experience with a recognized Oracle partner is a plus.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
